Hi, I’m Kim Cosse'.  Oopie was created by me, in a small town in Southeast Louisiana. Being raised by business owners and having my own entrepreneurial spirit, I always knew I wanted to work for myself. Oopie was a love name given to me from my parents as a young child. I’ve always loved making people laugh, feel special and find the positives in life.  As a child, I organized dances with neighborhood friends, pretended to run a restaurant out of our kitchen and loved helping my dad work on home projects.
